Celery – that slightly awkward, stalky veggie whose highest and best use was once a vessel for peanut butter, has nearly broken Instagram. The once humble celery is now deemed a superfood by many…particularly in juice form and has a lot of people talking about it. While we believe that there is no silver bullet for health, and that true long-term wellness is a much broader conversation, celery (and its juice) is worth a closer look.
